Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Andreanne has strong experience in the design and implementation of competitive global compensation programs that support the business strategies, particularly for executive teams. She has spent the last five years working on executive compensation for one of the largest Canadian corporations and a leader in the transportation industry.
She started her career as a consultant where she was advising large corporation on the management of their pension plans, including plan design changes and risk management strategies.
Course lecturer at University of Montreal since 2013 in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Andreanne is a passionate and loves to pass this passion on to the next generation.
She holds a Bachelor in Actuarial Science from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a Fellow from the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
