President and founder of Lambert, Mélissa is a woman of conviction who wasn’t able to find the product of her dreams on the market. That’s when she decided to launch her own bag collection. With over 10 years of experience in communications and brand management, Mélissa wanted to take on a new challenge, which led her to create her own brand. It was in 2017, when she was expecting her second child, that Mélissa had the idea to start her business, with the dream of a responsible, ecological and slow fashion business model. Today, Melissa is a mother of 3 boys while managing a team of over 30 employees. Lambert is an online sales force, over 280 points of sale across Canada, a flagship store in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal, a warehouse and much more!
